SMS & Email Privacy Policy 

At Everis Aesthetic Medicine, we value your privacy and the security of your Protected Health Information (PHI). This policy explains how we handle your contact information for SMS and Email communications.

  1. Information Collection: We collect your mobile number and email address only when you voluntarily provide it through our website contact forms, AestheticPro patient portal, or during in-person intake.
  2. Use of Information: Your contact information is used strictly for appointment reminders, treatment follow-ups, billing notifications, and (if you have opted in) clinic newsletters or promotions. We store this data securely within our HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Record (AestheticPro) and communication platforms (Nextiva/Google Workspace).
  3. No Third-Party Sharing: Everis Aesthetic Medicine does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
  4. Security Disclaimer: While we use HIPAA-compliant platforms, please be aware that standard SMS and Email are not end-to-end encrypted. By opting in, you acknowledge that communications may contain limited PHI and you accept the inherent risks of these communication methods.

Your Rights: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request the deletion of their personal information. You may request deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. 


SMS Terms & Services

1. Program Description Everis Aesthetic Medicine offers SMS alerts for medical appointment reminders, pre-care/post-care instructions, and billing notifications.

2. Opt-In & Consent By opting in via our webform or intake paperwork, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages. You may opt-in or opt-out with oral consent at anytime. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving medical care.

3. Frequency and Rates Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule (typically 2-6 messages per month). Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt-Out & Support

  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text.

5. Liability Carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
